FOR BALLOON RELEASE PACKAGES DELIVERED OUTSIDE

THE COVENTRY AREA THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY.

|
Balloons, Balloon Net and Race Labels will be sent to you prior
|
to your event by courier for an additional charge of £10.00
|
within UK Mainland.
|
|
After your event the Balloon Net must be returned to us within one week.
|
Postage is at your own expense.
|
|
HELIUM GAS. BOC DIRECT DELIVERY / COLLECTION

Additional cost of £30.00 within UK Mainland
|
|
DELIVERY
|
Your Helium Gas will be delivered to your Venue prior to the event.
|
A Delivery and collection date will be arranged with you when you book.
|
You MUST SUPPLY A POSTCODE for this delivery.
|
And someone MUST be there to receive the delivery. If delivery driver
|
is turned away an additional Delivery of £30.00 will be levied.
|
If you are booking larger cylinders we suggest that the delivery address
|
should be where you are doing the Balloon Release from, as these
|
cylinders are hard to transport.
|
|
PLEASE NOTE. BOC WILL NOT DELIVER HELIUM GAS CYLINDERS
|
TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES.
|
|
The cylinder will be supplied ready to use with a filling kit,
|
Please ring us immediately on 024 7667 6961 if one is not supplied.

|
COLLECTION
|
The collection of your cylinder is included in the above charges.
|
The collection MUST be from the same address as your delivery and someone MUST be there to meet the driver. If the driver is turned away
|
an additional collection charge of £30.00 will be levied.
|
Make sure that the filling kit is returned with the Cylinder.
|
|
Cylinders are on hire for the release period only. If cylinders are
|
kept longer than the specified collection date without notifying us
|
a charge of £20.00 per month will be made covering rental of the
|
Filling Kit and Gas Cylinder also additional charges of £30.00 for
|
collection will be made at EACH ATTEMPT to retrieve the cylinder.
