Another busy day today, infact August has been very busy right from ther start. Special Occasion Foils have been used on several of my own weddings and today for the fisrt time I have used them on a dance floor canopy

The Star Cloth is hired out every week and gives a special touch of glamour to any top table. We are also able to programe the lights to suite the choosen colour scheme

Whilst Amanda Hill was sorting out the jobs in London for me I stayed local and did all the weddings in Coventry as it’s the Bank Holiday weekend and im not waisting my time sitting on the M25 or the M6. Got 3 more of these tomorrow.

Late working on Friday night to make sure the first colour had been applied to the foils and left to cure overnight.
The 1st colour was applied in Friday night
All the foils were stacked on the rack and left to dry
Full rack with 1st colour application
We start to apply the 2nd colour application on Saturday morning. Slight delay as the screen splits and we have to re burn. The second colour application takes a bit longer than the first as you have to line the first image up with the second. We started at about 10am and finished at 1pm. Lunch is on me today so it Doner Kebabs all round, hummm, healthy
The second colour has been applied
Whilst Dan and Myself press on with the foils Kevin gets to grips with the latex order
Kevin gets the latex print underway
The 2nd colour application on the foils is now dry so they are removed from the drying racks
The foils are removed
Looking good and ready for the last colour
Dan lines the foil up for the 3rd colour. Should take about 2.5hrs
The very last foil at 4.45pm to be printed
The acitate is pulled over to line the foil up with the screen
Finished, the last foil. Thats 500 foils , 3 colour application= 1500 pulls
